Step 1: Marination
Keep aside Mutton chops 1 kg (Washed and strained)
- Yogurt 500 grams
- Dry coriander powder 5 tbsp
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Chaat Masala 2 tsp
- Red chili flakes 2 tsp
- Ginger/ garlic with green chili paste 4 tbsp
- Salt 2 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Cumin (zeera) powder 2 tsp
- Lemon juice 4 tbsp
In a mixing bowl put all the masala with youghurt, mix well .
Now marinate chops with this masala, cover , and let it rest for 4 to 6 hours in refrigerator.
Step 2: Cooking
Heat 1 cup oil in a nonstick and deep vok . Put marinated chops in it with masala . Cover and cooking till chops get tender and masala and oil gets separate. Now put out all masala in a separate bowl, and sauté chops on high heat , till nice bhuna colour. Turn off the heat.
Now question is that why i put out masala in separate bowl .🤔

Step 3: Masala Roti
Heat nonstick pan , drizzle some oil, heat naan from both side , now apply the masala with help of brush , flip and turn the masala side in , cook till masala stick on naan.
Serve these mutton chops hot with Masala Roti or naan , along with Raita and Salad .
