Ingredients For Kabab
- 1 KG – Mutton mince
- 1 Packet – Chef pride dhaga gola kabab
- 1 Onion finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp – Ginger / garlic paste
Cooking Directions For Kabab
Marinate these ingredients along with qeema / mince and leave it for an hour.
Heat butter or ghee in a nonstick pan. Prepare long kababs, then shallow fry the kababs till nice golden. Cover the pan for 5 to 10 minutes and allow kababs to get cooked perfectly from inside.
Ingredients For Net Crepes
- 1 Egg
- 1 Cup – Milk
- 1/2 Cup – Water
- 1 Cup – All Purpose Flour
- 1 Tsp – Salt
Cooking Directions For Net Crepes
Put all ingredients together in a bowl, beat well and pour the mixture in a bottle. Make some holes on the cap of a bottle so it can be used to make net crepes easily. Grease a nonstick flat surface pan, sprinkle the batter all over the pan for making the crepes as shown in the video. Flip to the other side and cook. Then put kababs in the middle of the crepes along with some onion, chilies, salt, pepper and soya sauce. Wrap the kabab in the net crepes and serve hot with raita, chutney and salad.
